One of the most important things to me as a future educator is to have a good rapport with my students. Developing positive relationships between a teacher and student is an important aspect of quality teaching and student learning. Positive teacher-student relationships promote a sense of school belonging and encourage students to participate together. Relationships are the essential element in our schools. Jennifer gave us great ways to build this relationship with your students and this is something I will utilize in the classroom.
